Ticket or Comment URL

The ticket system or any external URL can be configured in your settings page within your account dashboard. Once set up, an icon is shown to the users using your application.

  You may link to ShowMyPC PC ticket system.
  Get feedback from users during a support session.
  Users can open new tickets.
  You may optionally add a link to your website, help or feedback page.


If a user clicks on this icon, they will go to the specified URL.
e.g. https://myCompany.com/feedback.html
